The Numatics FlexiBlok Series Air Line Regulator features 3/4 inch ports and a 0-125 psi spring range, with a 100 SCFM flow rating. The regulator is part of the FlexiBlok series and is designed to reduce supply pressure to a required working pressure. This model includes a gauge.

This relieving style regulator has a maximum inlet pressure of 250 psi (200 psi for the 22 Series) and operates within a temperature range of 40-120 °F. FlexiBlok regulators can be installed as modular or individual units.

What size threads does this regulator have?

It comes with 3/4 inch ports, which should work for a lot of common setups.
