Flexmaster Series Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Tube and Pipe Joints Coupling

Description & Features

Rated for up to 300 psi service, the Flexmaster Series Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Tube and Pipe Joints Coupling is engineered to seal tube and pipe connections in industrial fluid systems. Available in standard and self-restrained styles, the self-restrained version incorporates a stainless steel gripping ring inside each gasket to prevent axial movement along the pipe or tube.

The bulged, straight-through joint design accommodates angular misalignment up to 4° per end, making it well-suited for installations where precise alignment is difficult to maintain. Tee, elbow, and cross configurations support up to 2° per end. External hangers, guides, and anchors remain necessary to restrain the tube or pipe system from movement, as the joint is designed for sealing rather than structural restraint. Torque rating is 240 in-lbs.

Question by: Stan H on Oct 16, 2025, 5:42 PM
got a run where the pipe never lines up perfect, how much angle will this Flexmaster joint tolerate?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 18, 2025, 6:35 AM
For the straight through bulged joint style, it will take up to 4 degrees of angular misalignment per end. If you are using a tee, elbow, or cross configuration, the allowance is up to 2 degrees per end.
Question by: Ross T on Nov 11, 2025, 4:58 PM
These Flexmaster joints, do they hold the pipe in place, or is that still on us to figure out with hangers and such?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 12, 2025, 6:01 PM
Sealing is what these joints handle. Keeping the pipe or tube from moving around is still on your support system. Hangers, guides, and anchors all need to stay in place just like they would with any other joint. The Flexmaster is built to maintain a tight seal at the connection point, not to act as a structural anchor for the line itself.
