Flexmaster Series Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Tube and Pipe Joints Retainer

Description & Features

The Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Tube and Pipe Joints Retainer offers reliable sealing for industrial applications. These Flexmaster joints are designed to accommodate angular misalignment up to 4 per end for straight joints and up to 2 per end for tees elbows and crosses.

The self-restrained version comes with a stainless steel gripping ring inside each gasket providing an extra layer of stability by securing the tube or pipe firmly. Flexmaster joints can handle pressures up to 300 psi depending on the size and specific application needs.

It is crucial to use appropriate hangars guides anchors and external restraints to control movement within the system as the Flexmaster joint focuses on sealing connections rather than holding the entire system together. This ensures that the connection remains secure without compromising overall structural integrity.

Product Questions & Answers (3)

Question by: Lynn Y on Feb 8, 2026, 7:56 PM
These Flexmaster joints, do they lock the pipe in place axially, or is that somethin I'd need to handle separate with anchors and hangers?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 9, 2026, 9:51 PM
Sealing is the job here, not restraining the hydraulic lines system. The Flexmaster joint keeps the connection tight, but axial movement, thrust loads, and system stability all need to be managed with your normal hangers, guides, and anchors. Don't rely on the joint itself to hold everything in place structurally.
Question by: Dwight F on Feb 9, 2026, 8:14 PM
got a little angle in my hydraulic lines run. how much misalignment will one of these Flexmaster joints actually take?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 11, 2026, 7:49 AM
For a straight-through joint, it will accommodate up to 4 degrees of angular misalignment per end. If you are using tees, elbows, or crosses, the limit is up to 2 degrees per end.
Question by: Steve H on Jun 29, 2025, 11:51 AM
If I'm running fluid through this at close to the max pressure, do I need to worry about it vibrating loose or anything?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 1, 2025, 6:40 AM
These Flexmaster joints are rated to 300 psi, but keeping your system secure is still on you. You'll need to use hangars, guides, and anchors to keep everything in place.
