Designed to seal tube and pipe connections in industrial systems, the Flexmaster Series Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Tube and Pipe Joints Gasket accommodates angular misalignment up to 4° per end on straight-through bulged configurations, with tees, elbows, and crosses rated up to 2° per end. These gaskets are available in standard and self-restrained styles; the self-restrained version incorporates a stainless steel gripping ring inside each gasket to maintain a firm hold on the pipe or tube and resist movement along its length.

Rated for up to 300 psi service depending on application and size, these joints are suitable for use in environments with a minimum working temperature of -30°. End size is 3 on both connections, with a line/hose/tube end type on the secondary end. It is important to note that external restraints, including hangers, guides, and anchors, must be used to prevent movement within the tubing system, as these joints are intended for sealing only, not structural retention.
