Flexmaster Series Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Tube and Pipe Joints Gasket

Description & Features

Experience the reliability and efficiency offered by these tube and pipe connections designed by Danfoss Power Solutions. Engineered to seal seamlessly the Flexmaster joints feature a stainless steel gripping ring inside each gasket for a steadfast hold on the tube or pipe available in both standard and self-restrained styles.

These joints can accommodate angular misalignment of up to 4 per end and up to 2 per end for tees elbows and crosses making them versatile for various industrial applications where precision alignment is essential. With a robust pressure rating of up to 300 psi depending on application and size they are built for demanding conditions and can perform reliably at a minimum temperature of -30C.

While designed to seal connections effectively the Flexmaster joint requires external restraints such as hangars guides and anchors to prevent movement as they are not intended to hold systems together.

Question by: Wayne M on Sep 15, 2025, 6:07 AM
got a little wiggle in my line up, how much angle will these Flexmaster joints tolerate?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 16, 2025, 4:48 PM
For the bulged, straight-through joint style, they will handle up to 4 degrees of angular misalignment per end. If you are using tees, elbows, or crosses, the misalignment limit is up to 2 degrees per end.
Question by: Rusty C on Jun 11, 2025, 12:29 PM
these come in a self-restrained style, does that mean I don't need to use hangers or anchors with em?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 12, 2025, 3:05 PM
The self-restrained style does grip the pipe or tube using a stainless steel ring inside the gasket, which keeps the joint from sliding along the pipe. That said, the joint itself is not built to hold the overall hydraulic lines system in place. You still need your normal hangers, guides, and anchors to keep the system from moving. The grip ring handles joint-level retention, not system-level restraint.
