Danfoss / Eaton Flexmaster Tube and Pipe Joints are designed for general-purpose industrial applications. Featuring compression ends with female connections they accommodate 4-inch pipe sizes and are built from sturdy plated steel ensuring reliability in demanding environments.

Flexmaster joints available in both standard and self-restrained styles include a stainless steel gripping ring within each gasket to prevent pipe or tube movement. These bulged straight-through joints handle angular misalignment up to 4 per end making them versatile for various setups.

Engineered to manage up to 300 psi service pressure these joints offer stability in high-pressure settings. Utilizing Buna-N for seals they perform efficiently in temperatures as low as -30C. Note: External restraints are necessary to maintain the structural integrity of the setup.

Can this handle a little bit of angle action in the pipes?

These Flexmaster joints are built to handle angular misalignment up to 4 degrees per end, so yeah, a little bit of angle is no problem.

these joints rated for 300 psi across the board, or does that number change depending on what size you're running?

Pressure rating on the Flexmaster line can vary by application and pipe size, so 300 psi is the top end of the range rather than a guaranteed flat number across every configuration. For this particular joint running 4-inch pipe, that 300 psi figure applies under general-purpose industrial service conditions. Worth keeping that "depending on application and size" qualifier in mind when you're planning your system layout.

got a 4 inch line with about 4 degrees of misalignment on one end. will this straight Flexmaster joint take that?

For the straight through Flexmaster style, it’s built to accommodate angular misalignment up to 4° per end, so a 4° offset on one end is within what it’s made to handle.
