Does the 3/4 tube OD on this fitting match up with standard 3/4 hydraulic line, or is that a different measurement than what I'm used to working with?

The tube outer diameter on this elbow is 3/4 inch, so if your hydraulic line has a 3/4 inch OD, you're working with the right fitting. The male flareless side uses a 1-3/16-12 thread and the male pipe side runs 3/4-14, so just make sure both ends match what you've got on your system before you button it up.
