Designed for through-panel or bulkhead mounting, this 1/4 in. tube OD fitting provides a straight, fixed-position connection point in hydraulic lines where routing passes through a panel or structural barrier. The 04MFS-04MFS Bulkhead Union with Locknut from Brennan Industries features identical 9/16-18 male fittings on both ends, with a 0.812 in. hex and an overall assembled length of 1.900 in.

The included locknut (FS0306-04) secures the fitting firmly in place once installed through the mounting surface, preventing rotation or loosening under vibration. Both ports share a 0.172 in. drill size, making this a symmetric, straight-through union suited for consistent line sizing on either side of the bulkhead.

So this thing just lets me run a line through a panel, right?

That's the main idea. It's a bulkhead union designed to let you pass a 1/4" tube OD line through a panel or other barrier, keeping it secure with the included locknut.
