Got a panel that's only got so much real estate to work with, will a 3/8 inch tube line run clean through this fitting without needing any adapters on either end?

Both sides of this fitting are built for 3/8 inch tube OD, so as long as your line matches that size, you're going straight in without any intermediate adapters. The 11/16-16 thread on each end handles the connection, and the 0.264 inch drill on both ports keeps flow moving through at a consistent bore. For a bulkhead mount in a tight panel, that 90 degree turn does a lot of the routing work for you.
