Got a 3/4" tube line running through a bulkhead panel and need to tie into a 1-1/16-12 ORB port on the other side. This the right piece for that?

That setup lines up well with what this adapter does. The 12MFS side handles the bulkhead mounting for your 3/4" O.D. tube, and the 12MORB straight end connects directly to a 1-1/16-12 ORB port.
