Designed for hydraulic systems requiring rotational movement between connected lines, the Danfoss / Eaton Barco FS5900 Series swivel joint connects a 1/2 in. female NPTF end to a 5/8 in. male UNF end in a single-plane rotating assembly. Constructed from steel, this complete swivel joint unit is built for durability in demanding industrial hydraulic applications.

With a swivel size of 0.5 in. and a hex size of 0.94 in. on the male end, the fitting accommodates standard tooling for installation and service. A minimum working temperature rating of -20°F supports use in cold-environment applications. The mixed thread configuration, NPTF on one end, UNF on the other, makes this fitting well suited for connecting components with differing port standards within the same hydraulic circuit.

Will this swivel joint work alright for connecting hydraulic lines that need to move around a good bit?
