This swivel joint features 360deg; rotation ensuring smooth and flexible fluid movement. trying to swap out an old swivel, are both ends on this one 1/2-14 female pipe threads?

It is 1/2-14 female pipe casing thread on one end and 1/2-14 female pipe sleeve thread on the other, and both ends use NPTF female threads with a 0.5 inch nominal size.

my current setup runs 3500 psi through half-inch lines pretty regular, this swivel gonna hold up to that or am i pushing it?

For half-inch size, 3500 PSI is right at the rated working pressure, so you're operating at the limit rather than comfortably within it. That's worth knowing before you commit. The balanced-pressure design does help keep things stable across that range, and the contamination seals add some protection against wear over time. If your system sees occasional spikes above that threshold, you'd want to think about stepping down to a 1/4 or 3/8 size fitting rated at 5000 PSI instead, assuming your line size allows for it.

Reckon this swivel joint would work alright with some hydraulic fluid at, say, negative 20 degrees?
