got a 3/4 female NPSM port on a cylinder that needs to hook up to a 3/4 ORB line, this swivel gonna bridge that gap?

That's exactly what this fitting handles. One end is a 3/4 inch female NPSM, the other is a 3/4 inch male ORB, so it connects those two thread types directly without any adapters in between. Both ends are the same size, so there's no reducer involved. The hex is 1.25 inches if you're torquing it down with a wrench.

trying to swap out an old swivel, are the ends on this one 3/4 female NPSM on one side and 3/4 male ORB on the other?
