On the A side it uses a 1-11-1/2 thread, and on the B side it uses a 1-7/16-12 thread.

what's the tube OD on this fitting, and will it hook up with a 1-inch line?

Tube OD on this one is 1 inch, so yeah, it'll pair right up with a 1-inch line without any adapter games. The A side runs a 1-11-1/2 thread and the B side is 1-7/16-12, so just make sure whichever end you're threading into matches up before you torque it down.
