TEST PORT

Designed for gauge port branch applications, this Test Port fitting from Brennan Industries connects two 5/8" OD lines through male face seal ports (1-14 thread, 0.484" drill) while providing a 7/16-20 SAE O-ring boss branch outlet for instrumentation or pressure monitoring access. The branch tee configuration makes it well-suited for hydraulic circuits where a test or gauge connection is needed without interrupting the main flow path.

At 2.400" in overall length, the fitting features a 1.250" hex at the C port and a 1.125" hex at the main body, supporting secure assembly with standard tooling. The male supply orientation allows straightforward inline integration within manifold or circuit-level hydraulic assemblies.
