A 45-degree angle fitting designed for hydraulic and industrial fluid systems, the 08MFS-10MAORB 45 Deg Elbow connects a 1/2 in. male face seal (MFS) end to a 5/8 in. male O-ring boss (ORB) port. This configuration allows directional routing of fluid lines where a straight connection is not practical, reducing stress on hose assemblies and adjacent components.

Is this elbow fitting good for hooking up hydraulics where space is tight and I need a 45-degree turn?

This 45-degree elbow is designed for exactly that – routing hydraulic lines at a 45-degree angle, especially where a straight connection won't work. It takes stress off the hose and other parts.
