Designed for cross-system metric-to-SAE connections, the 04MFS-14MM Straight W/Captive Seal is a straight steel hydraulic fitting from Brennan Industries' FS7701-ED series. It connects a 9/16-18 male face seal O-ring thread (SAE J1453) on one end to an M14x1.5 male metric ED seal thread on the other, making it well-suited for adapting between SAE face seal ports and ISO 9974 metric ports.

The captive ED seal design retains the NBR O-ring during installation, helping to maintain sealing integrity at the connection point. Steel construction provides durability in demanding hydraulic circuit applications. Will this here fitting work to hook up a SAE face seal to a metric ED seal? I got a machine with both types of ports and need somethin' to get 'em connected.
