The WEBTEC RFI Series Reversible Flow Indicator, model RFI200-S-6, is an essential tool for monitoring hydraulic flow efficiently and accurately. With a maximum flow capacity of 200 L/min (50 US gpm) and a robust pressure tolerance of up to 420 bar (6000 psi), it is designed for demanding industrial applications. The flow indicator operates reliably across a range of fluid temperatures, from 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F), and can intermittently handle up to 110°C (230°F). Its ambient temperature range spans from -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F), ensuring versatility in diverse environments.
Constructed with a durable aluminum body and internal components made from stainless steel and brass, this flow indicator guarantees longevity and resilience. The RFI200-S-6 is compatible with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158 standards, and its NBR/FKM seals offer robust sealing performance. Featuring 1-5/16" -12UN #24 SAE ORB porting, the device promises easy integration into existing systems. With a net weight of 2 kg (4.4 lbs), it is both compact and lightweight.

porting on this one is 1-5/16" -12UN SAE ORB, does that match up with standard #24 SAE fittings already on most test rigs?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 5:44 PM
SAE ORB #24 is pretty common on test stands and mobile hydraulic setups, so yeah, a standard #24 male SAE O-ring boss fitting will mate right up. Just make sure your existing line fitting is the correct thread class and you've got a good O-ring seat. The port size is sized for the 200 L/min flow capacity, so don't try to reduce it down at the port if you want accurate readings across the full range.
