The WEBTEC HF032-ULTMA-6-S100V is a FlowHUB Series instrument designed for condition monitoring and closed-loop hydraulic control. Handling a flow range of 4 to 120 L/min (1 to 32 US gpm) at pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), it combines measurement, display, switching, and analogue transmission in a single compact unit. Flow accuracy is rated at plus or minus 3% full scale, while the integrated temperature measurement delivers accuracy of plus or minus 2.5°C (5°F) across a fluid temperature range of 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F).

The aluminium body connects via 3/4" BSPP porting and uses an M12 5-pin male electrical connection. Internal wetted components are brass, stainless steel, and carbon steel with NBR seals, making the unit compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158. An IP64 rating suits use in industrial environments, and the unit weighs 2 kg (4.4 lbs).

Flow range on this thing goes from 4 to 120 liters per minute, is that accurate, and what kind of accuracy are we talking across that whole range?

Reads flow anywhere from 4 to 120 L/min, which is 1 to 32 US gpm. Accuracy is rated at ±3% of full scale across that range. Worth knowing that full-scale accuracy means the error margin is calculated against the top of the range, not the reading itself, so at lower flow rates the percentage of actual reading will be larger. The unit also measures temperature with ±2.5°C accuracy, so you're getting both measurements out of one device.

Is the FlowHUB Series suitable for use with mineral oils?

Yes, the FlowHUB Series is compatible with mineral oils according to ISO 11158 standards. If you have other fluid types in mind, you might want to check further, but for mineral oils, you're all set.
