Designed for condition monitoring and closed loop control in hydraulic systems, the WEBTEC FlowHUB series combines flow measurement, temperature sensing, display, switching, and analogue transmission in a single inline unit. This model covers a flow range of 1 to 30 L/min (0.3 to 8 US gpm) at pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), with flow accuracy of plus or minus 3% full scale and temperature accuracy of plus or minus 2.5 degrees C.

Fluid temperatures between 5 and 90 degrees C are supported, and the unit is rated for ambient conditions from 0 to 50 degrees C. The 3/4" BSPP ported aluminium body connects via an M12 5-pin male connector and carries an IP64 ingress protection rating. Internal wetted components are brass, stainless steel, and carbon steel with NBR seals, making the unit compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158.

flow range on this one goes down to 1 L/min -- is that low end accurate or does it kind of fall apart below a certain point?

Accuracy is rated at ±3% of full scale across the listed range, so at the low end you're working with a tighter margin relative to actual flow. Full scale on this unit is 30 L/min, which means that ±3% figure represents roughly 0.9 L/min of potential variance regardless of where in the range you're operating. For slow-moving circuits where you're consistently down near 1 L/min, that's worth factoring into your expectations. It's not that the meter falls apart at low flow, but the percentage-of-full-scale spec does put more relative uncertainty on readings at the bottom of the range compared to mid-range operation.
