Description & Features

Designed for high-demand hydraulic test and verification work, the WEBTEC HV Series loading valve provides smooth pressure control in both flow directions without requiring an external power source. The HV1500K handles flows up to 1500 L/min (400 US gpm) at pressures reaching 420 bar (6000 psi), making it well suited to large-capacity circuit loading applications.

Connections are via 2" SAE Code 62 ports, and the aluminium body with steel internals keeps the unit robust while managing a net weight of 39 kg (86 lbs). FKM seals support compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with other fluid types available on request. The valve operates across a fluid temperature range of 0 to 120 °C (32 to 248 °F) and an ambient range of 5 to 40 °C (59 to 104 °F), covering the majority of industrial hydraulic service conditions.

porting on this thing is 2" SAE Code 62 -- does that mean its the flange style fitting, not a threaded port?

Correct, SAE Code 62 is a four-bolt flange connection. You will not find threads on those ports. At 1500 L/min and 420 bar rated pressure, a flanged interface makes sense for keeping joint integrity under load. Make sure your mating flanges are also Code 62 rated for that pressure class before you bolt it up.
