The SR-PTT-1K0-05-0C-CAN is a dual-function pressure and temperature sensor designed for integration with WEBTEC HPM Series CAN data loggers. Rated to 1000 bar (14,500 psi), it delivers pressure measurement accuracy of ±0.5% full scale and temperature accuracy of ±3°C (±5.4°F), making it well suited to demanding hydraulic test work where both parameters need to be captured simultaneously through a single connection point.

The sensor connects via an M16 x 2 test point port and uses an M12 5-pin Code A electrical connector, accepting a 7–15 V DC supply. Wetted parts and the body are stainless steel 1.4302, with FKM seals providing compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158. The fluid temperature range covers -25 to 105°C (-13 to 221°F) for continuous use, and the IP54 rating gives adequate protection in typical workshop and field environments. At 0.3 kg, it adds minimal weight to any test arrangement.

sensor goes up to 1000 bar, is that continuous or just a peak rating?

Rated for continuous use up to 1000 bar (14,500 psi), so that's not a spike or burst figure. Pressure accuracy holds at ±0.5% of full scale across that range. The wetted parts are all stainless steel, and the body is stainless steel 1.4302, so it's built to handle sustained high-pressure hydraulic environments without degrading quickly.
