accuracy on this thing, is the ±0.5% figure across the whole flow range or just part of it?

Only across 15 to 100% of the rated range, which works out to roughly 3.75 to 25 L/min (about 1 to 7 gpm). Below that threshold, down to the 0.1 L/min minimum, accuracy isn't rated at ±0.5%. If your application runs consistently at low flow, that's worth keeping in mind when deciding if this model fits.
