The WEBTEC GF Series Positive Displacement Flow Meters are engineered to provide accurate flow measurement for hydraulic systems, accommodating a flow range from 0.5 to 70 L/min (0.15 to 19 US gpm) with an impressive accuracy of ±0.5% within the 15–100% range. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, they operate under pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi) and fluid temperatures between -40 to 120°C (-40 to 284°F). With a stainless steel body and internal components, these meters ensure durability and reliability in challenging applications.

Equipped with a 1-1/16" -16UN JIC Male porting and an M12 5-Pin electrical connection, the flow meters are versatile and easy to integrate into existing systems. The IP65 rating provides excellent protection against dust and water ingress. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158 and other fluids on request, these meters are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

accuracy on this thing -- is it consistent across the whole flow range or does it fall off at the low end?

At the lower end of the range, below 15% of max flow, accuracy isn't rated the same way. From 15% up to 100% of the rated flow, you're looking at plus or minus 0.5% of reading, which is solid for a positive displacement meter. Below that threshold, the 0.5% figure doesn't apply, so if your application regularly runs under about 10 liters per minute, that's worth factoring in. The 0.5 to 70 L/min total range gives you plenty of headroom for most hydraulic test and monitoring work, but the rated accuracy window starts at roughly 10.5 L/min.
