HPM110 Series Digital Pressure Gauge SR-HPM-110-DL-UN-1500 | FT11290-1K5

Description & Features

The WEBTEC HPM110 Series digital pressure gauge is a compact, battery-powered instrument designed for monitoring oil pressure in hydraulic equipment. Rated to 100 bar (1450 psi) with a pressure accuracy of ±0.5% full scale, it delivers reliable readings across a fluid temperature range of -20 to 80 °C (4 to 176 °F) and an ambient operating range of -10 to 50 °C (14 to 144 °F).

Powered by two AA batteries with a service life of up to 600 hours, the gauge connects via a 1/4" BSPP female port and an M16 x 2 female electrical connection. The zinc die casting body with TPE rubber protection cover and IP65 rating provide solid resistance to dust and water ingress, while stainless steel internals and NBR seals ensure compatibility with oil and water-based fluids. At 0.5 kg, it is lightweight enough for portable diagnostic use.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Bobby P on Sep 7, 2025, 10:11 AM
battery powered or does it need to be wired into something?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 8, 2025, 3:10 PM
Runs on two standard AA batteries, 1.5V each. No hardwiring needed for the gauge itself to operate. Battery life is rated at 600 hours, so it holds up well through regular use without constant swaps. The electrical connection on the unit is an M16 x 2 female port, which handles the signal output side separately from the power supply.
Question by: Gene P on Mar 6, 2026, 5:06 PM
How does the HPM110 Series Digital Pressure Gauge handle different ambient temperatures?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 7, 2026, 9:08 PM
This pressure gauge operates comfortably in ambient temperatures ranging from -10 to 50 °C (14 to 122 °F). It's designed to be reliable whether you're working in a colder environment or a warmer one.
