HPM7000 Series Hydraulic Data Logger HPM7000-BS | FT11295-01

Description & Features

Built for both field diagnostics and laboratory R&D work, the WEBTEC HPM7000 Series data logger offers a flexible platform for capturing hydraulic system data across a broad range of test scenarios. The HPM7000-BS connects to up to 24 sensors simultaneously, drawing on a 14.4 V lithium-ion battery that delivers more than six hours of continuous service under full sensor load, making it well suited to extended test sessions away from a fixed power source.

Connectivity is handled via LAN or USB, allowing straightforward integration with logging software and data transfer to a PC. The housing is rated IP65 for protection against dust ingress and water jets, and the ABS/PC thermoplastic body keeps the unit light at 1.9 kg. An operating temperature range of 0 to 45 °C (32 to 112 °F) covers the majority of workshop and on-machine test environments.

Question by: Tony L on Apr 12, 2026, 9:24 AM
battery life on this thing, how long does it actually run before you need to plug it back in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 13, 2026, 1:41 PM
Running 24 sensors at 20 mA each, you'll get over 6 hours on a full charge from the 14.4V lithium-ion battery. If you're running fewer sensors or lower current draws, expect that number to stretch out. For most full-day diagnostic jobs, one charge gets you through a shift, though you'd want to plan for a recharge if you're pushing into overtime or back-to-back sessions.
Question by: Phil P on Oct 28, 2025, 8:03 AM
What kind of environment can the HPM7000 data logger handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 29, 2025, 1:30 PM
With an IP65 rating, the HPM7000 is well-suited for environments where dust and water exposure are concerns, though it shouldn't be submerged. It works best in temperatures from 32 to 112 °F.
