The HPM7000-IM-CAN is a WEBTEC CAN/J1939 input module designed to expand the measurement and data acquisition capabilities of the HPM7000 Series pressure test system. Connecting via two M12 5-pin Code A sockets, it integrates cleanly into CAN-based hydraulic test setups without additional adapters.
Housed in a lightweight ABS/PC thermoplastic enclosure weighing just 0.2 kg, the module carries an IP65 ingress protection rating, making it suitable for workshop and field service environments where dust and water spray are present. An operating ambient temperature range of 1 to 45 degrees C covers the majority of industrial service conditions.
With its compact form factor and standard industrial connectivity, the module provides a straightforward path to integrating J1939 network data into HPM7000-based test and monitoring applications.

How does the ambient temperature range affect where I can use the HPM7000 Series CAN input module?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 10:57 AM
The HPM7000 Series CAN input module operates efficiently in ambient temperatures from 1 to 45 °C or 32 to 112 °F. This makes it suitable for use in environments like indoor facilities or machinery rooms where temperatures are usually within this range.

what's the temperature range on this module? got a shop that runs pretty warm in summer and need to know if it'll hold up
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 6, 2025, 7:44 AM
Rated for ambient temps between 1 and 45 °C, so up to about 112 °F. Most shops stay under that even on hot days, but if you're running equipment near heat sources or in an enclosed cabinet with poor airflow, it's worth checking your actual ambient before mounting it.
