porting on this one is 1-5/16"-12UN #16 SAE ORB, does that match up with standard SAE flange fittings on most ag and construction equipment, or do you usually need an adapter to tie it in?

SAE ORB is about as common as it gets on that class of equipment. Most hydraulic blocks and manifolds in ag and construction already run SAE O-ring boss ports, so you're likely connecting straight in without any adapter at all. If a particular circuit uses something different, like BSPP or NPT, you'd need a port adapter, but that's a fittings issue rather than anything to do with the meter itself.
