The WEBTEC DHT Series Third Generation tester is a self-contained, battery-powered instrument designed for testing and diagnosing hydraulic systems in the field. Measuring flow from 8 to 300 L/min (2 to 80 US gpm) at pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), the DHT03-B also monitors fluid temperature and incorporates an integral load valve, allowing system loading without additional equipment.
Accuracy is rated at ±1% of full scale for flow, ±1.6% for pressure, and ±1°C for temperature. A 1" BSPP port accommodates straightforward inline installation, while IP65 protection and a fluid temperature tolerance of -10 to 125°C (14 to 257°F) suit varied site conditions. The unit runs on a standard 9V alkaline battery with an approximate 240-hour service life. A painted mild steel and high-tensile aluminium body with FKM seals provides durability at a net weight of 6.5 kg (14 lbs).

How well does the DHT03-B perform in extreme temperature conditions?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 23, 2026, 10:47 AM
The DHT03-B is equipped to handle fluid temperatures ranging from -10 to 125 °C (14 to 257 °F) and ambient temperatures from -10 to 50 °C (14 to 122 °F). This makes it suitable for a broad range of environmental conditions, maintaining reliable performance even in more extreme temperatures.
