Designed for demanding hydraulic measurement applications, the WEBTEC CT Series turbine flow meter handles flow rates from 50 to 1500 L/min (13.5 to 400 US gpm) at working pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Flow accuracy is rated at ±1% Full Scale, with temperature measurement accurate to ±2°C (±4°F), making it well suited to systems where measurement integrity is critical.
The meter accepts mineral oils to ISO 11158 across a fluid temperature range of 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F). Main porting is via 2" #32 SAE Code 62 4-bolt flange, with auxiliary top ports in 7/16"-20UN #4 SAE ORB. Electrical connection is through an M12 5-pin connector, powered by 12 to 32 V DC. The aluminium body carries an IP66 rating, and internal wetted components are constructed from aluminium, steel, and stainless steel with FKM/EPDM seals. Net weight is 10 kg (22 lbs).

flow range on this thing goes down to 50 L/min -- is that the hard floor or can it read lower than that with decent accuracy?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 8, 2026, 1:03 PM
Fifty liters per minute is the bottom of the rated flow range, so below that the ±1% full scale accuracy spec no longer applies. The meter may still produce a signal at lower flows, but you're outside the calibrated window and the readings won't be reliable. For applications that regularly run below that threshold, you'd want a unit sized for a lower range.

How does the CT1500-MA-KIT perform in high-pressure situations?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 9, 2025, 10:12 PM
The CT1500-MA-KIT is well-suited for high-pressure environments, with a maximum pressure capacity of 420 bar or 6000 psi. It's designed to handle demanding hydraulic systems efficiently.
