FI750 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator FI750-60ANOT | FT5758-05

Description & Features

The WEBTEC FI750 Series in-line flow indicator is a compact, dual-function instrument designed for monitoring both flow rate and fluid temperature within hydraulic circuits. Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi), it covers a flow range of 2 to 60 L/min (0.5 to 16 US gpm) with an accuracy of ±4% full scale, and measures fluid temperature across 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F) in continuous service, with intermittent tolerance up to 110°C (230°F). Temperature readings carry an accuracy of ±2.5°C (±5°F).

Constructed from aluminium 2011T6 with predominantly brass internals and FKM seals, the FI750-60ANOT is suited to mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158. Main ports are 3/4" NPSF with 1/4" NPTF top ports, giving straightforward integration into existing hydraulic lines. Ambient service extends from -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F). At 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs), the unit is light enough for convenient installation in space-constrained systems.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Lee C on Aug 17, 2025, 10:15 AM
How does the FI750 Series handle intermittent temperature spikes above its continuous use range?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 19, 2025, 7:44 AM
Above 80°C, the FI750 Series flow indicator can still function, but only for short bursts. It's designed to handle temperatures up to 110°C for less than 10 minutes at a time.
