FI750 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator FI750-60BBWT | FT5758-17

Description & Features

Designed for continuous hydraulic circuit monitoring, the WEBTEC FI750 Series in-line flow indicator model FI750-60BBWT covers a working flow range of 3 to 70 L/min (2 to 60 US gpm) and is rated to a maximum pressure of 420 bar (6,000 psi). Flow accuracy is held to within ±4% full scale, while the integrated temperature function delivers readings to ±2.5°C accuracy across a continuous fluid temperature range of 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F), with intermittent tolerance up to 110°C (230°F) for short periods.

The body is machined from brass CW614N with predominantly brass internals and FKM seals, making it well suited to mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158 and water-based fluids. Main ports are 3/4" BSPP with 1/4" BSPP top ports. Ambient service temperature spans -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F). Net weight is 3.5 kg (7.7 lbs).

Question by: Linda S on Jul 18, 2025, 10:11 AM
How well does this flow indicator handle high-pressure conditions in a hydraulic system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 19, 2025, 11:37 AM
The FI750 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator is designed to manage pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi), making it suitable for demanding hydraulic applications.

seals on this thing -- are they gonna hold up running mineral hydraulic oil day in and day out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 28, 2025, 7:09 AM
FKM seals are a solid match for mineral oils that meet ISO 11158, so standard hydraulic fluid is no problem for continuous service. The body is brass CW614N with mainly brass internals, so there's no material conflict there either. Fluid temperature needs to stay between 20 and 80°C for continuous use. You can push it up to 110°C for short bursts, but keep those under 10 minutes.
