FI750 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator FI750-60BNWT | FT5758-20

Description & Features

The WEBTEC FI750 Series in-line flow indicator is an essential tool for accurately monitoring flow rates in hydraulic systems. Capable of handling a maximum flow of 60 L/min (16 US gpm) and a pressure of up to 420 bar (6000 psi), this flow meter offers reliable performance for demanding applications. It features a flow accuracy of ±4% Full Scale and a temperature accuracy of ±2.5°C (±5°F), ensuring precise measurements under various conditions. Constructed with durable materials, including Brass CW614N and FKM seals, the FI750 Series is compatible with water and mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158 standards.

Designed for versatility, it operates effectively within a fluid temperature range of 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F) for continuous use, with intermittent capability up to 110°C (230°F). The ambient temperature range spans from -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F). Featuring main ports of 3/4" NPSF and top ports of 1/4" NPTF, this flow indicator integrates seamlessly into various hydraulic systems.

Question by: Lee M on Jun 14, 2025, 1:30 PM
porting on this unit is 3/4" NPSF for the main ports, does that mean I need NPSF fittings on both ends, or will standard NPT fittings thread in okay?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 16, 2025, 12:15 PM
NPSF and NPTF are both dryseal thread forms and they're dimensionally compatible with NPT, so standard NPT fittings will typically engage. That said, NPSF is a female dryseal thread, so for a proper pressure-tight connection you'll want to use NPTF or dryseal-rated male fittings rather than plain NPT where possible. At 420 bar rated pressure, getting the thread engagement right matters. The top ports are 1/4" NPTF, so those follow the same logic.
Question by: Cindy A on Dec 1, 2025, 2:04 PM
How much pressure can the FI750 Series handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 3, 2025, 10:56 AM
The FI750 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator can handle a maximum pressure of 420 bar, which is equivalent to 6000 psi. This makes it suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems.
