Designed for continuous monitoring of hydraulic flow, the WEBTEC FI750 Series in-line flow indicator covers a working range of 2 to 60 L/min (0.5 to 16 US gpm) and is rated to a maximum pressure of 420 bar (6000 psi). Flow accuracy is ±4% full scale, with temperature accuracy of ±2.5°C (±5°F), making it well suited to circuit diagnostics and routine system checks.
The unit handles fluid temperatures from 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F) in continuous service, with intermittent tolerance up to 110°C (230°F). Ambient operating range extends from -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F). Main ports are 3/4" NPSF with 1/4" NPTF top ports. The aluminium 2011T6 body with mainly brass internals and FKM seals provides compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158. Net weight is 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs).

what's the pressure rating on this flow indicator? running a system that hits around 5500 psi pretty regular and need to know if it'll hold up
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 12, 2026, 9:29 AM
Rated to 420 bar, which works out to 6000 psi. A system running at 5500 psi sits comfortably within that limit, so you've got some headroom there. Flow range runs from 2 to 60 L/min (0.5 to 16 US gpm), and accuracy is plus or minus 4% of full scale.

How does the FI750-60ANO handle different fluid temperatures during operation?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 16, 2025, 4:45 PM
This flow indicator works well with fluids between 20°C and 80°C for continuous use, and can handle up to 110°C for short periods under ten minutes. It's pretty versatile when it comes to handling varying fluid temperatures.
