The WEBTEC FI750 Series in-line flow indicator is an essential tool for accurately monitoring flow in hydraulic systems up to 420 bar (6000 psi). This model, FI750-16ASO, offers a flow range of 2 to 16 L/min (0.5 to 4 US gpm) with a precision accuracy of ±4% of full scale, ensuring dependable performance. Built with robust materials, including an aluminium 2011T6 body and brass internals, it is designed for durability in demanding environments.
This flow indicator is suitable for use with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158, and its operational temperature range supports fluid temperatures from 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F), with intermittent peaks up to 110°C (230°F). The device is equipped with 1 - 1/16" - 12 UNF #12 SAE ORB main ports and 1/4" NPTF top ports, providing versatile connection options. Its compact design, weighing just 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs) net, makes it an ideal choice for maintaining efficient hydraulic system monitoring.

Would this flow indicator work with hydraulic systems that operate at a high pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 18, 2025, 7:50 PM
Absolutely, the FI750 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator is built to handle pressures up to 420 bar or 6000 psi. It's well-suited for high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Question by: Doug B on Jul 9, 2025, 10:06 AM
porting on this one, are the main ports 1-1/16" SAE ORB or something else? trying to figure out if it'll drop right into my existing lines without adapters
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 10, 2025, 5:54 PM
Main ports are 1-1/16" - 12 UNF #12 SAE ORB, so if your lines are already terminated in #12 SAE ORB fittings, you're good to go without adapters. There are also 1/4" NPTF top ports if you need those for a gauge or bleed point. The body is aluminum alloy and the internals are mostly brass, so it's a solid fit for standard industrial hydraulic plumbing.
