Designed for continuous monitoring of flow in hydraulic circuits, the WEBTEC FI750 Series in-line flow indicator handles a working range of 2 to 16 L/min (0.5 to 4 US gpm) and is rated to a maximum pressure of 420 bar (6000 psi). Flow accuracy is ±4% Full Scale, with temperature indication accurate to ±2.5°C (±5°F).
Fluid temperatures up to 80°C (176°F) are supported in continuous service, with intermittent tolerance up to 110°C (230°F) for periods under ten minutes. The ambient operating range spans -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F). Main ports are 3/4" BSPP with 1/4" BSPP top ports. The aluminium 2011T6 body houses predominantly brass internals sealed with FKM seals, keeping overall weight to 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs). Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with other fluids available on request.

porting on this thing is 3/4" BSPP on the main ports -- does that mean i need an adapter if my system is running NPT fittings?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 31, 2025, 7:16 PM
BSPP and NPT are not interchangeable, so yes, you'd need an adapter to go between them. The FI750-16ANO has 3/4" BSPP main ports and 1/4" BSPP top ports. If your lines are NPT, a BSPP-to-NPT adapter is the straightforward fix. Just make sure the adapter is rated for your working pressure since this unit runs up to 420 bar (6000 psi).

How well does this flow meter handle temperature changes in a hydraulic system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 10, 2026, 7:58 AM
For inline flow checks, the FI750 Series Flow Indicator is designed to operate continuously with fluid temperatures ranging from 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F). It can also handle intermittent temperatures up to 110°C (230°F) for less than 10 minutes. This makes it suitable for a variety of hydraulic applications.
