The WEBTEC FI1500 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator is an essential tool for precise flow measurement in demanding hydraulic systems. Designed to handle maximum flow rates of 300 L/min (80 US gpm) and withstand pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi), this flow indicator ensures reliable performance across a broad range of applications. It offers a flow accuracy of ±4% full scale, ensuring that hydraulic systems operate efficiently and within desired parameters.
Built with robust materials, the body is crafted from Aluminium 2011T6, and the internal components are primarily brass. The indicator is compatible with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158, with other fluid options available upon request. It is designed to function effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F) and fluid temperatures between 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F), with intermittent exposure up to 110°C (230°F). The FI1500-300ABOT features main ports of 1-1/2" BSPP and top ports of 1/4" BSPP for versatile connectivity.

How does the FI1500-300ABOT handle continuous high temperatures?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 21, 2026, 8:36 AM
Above 80°C, the FI1500-300ABOT can handle fluid temperatures intermittently up to 110°C for less than 10 minutes at a time. This makes it suitable for use where occasional spikes in temperature occur but consistent high temperatures should be avoided.
Question by: Warren H on Jun 19, 2025, 3:31 PM
ports on this thing are 1-1/2 BSPP, does that match up with standard hydraulic plumbing or am I gonna need adapters for most setups?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 21, 2025, 7:15 AM
For most industrial hydraulic lines running BSPP fittings, the main ports will connect straight up without adapters. The 1-1/2 BSPP main ports are a common size in higher-flow circuits, so if your existing plumbing is already BSPP you should be fine. There are also 1/4 BSPP top ports, which are a smaller auxiliary connection. Whether those need adapters depends on what you're connecting to them on your specific circuit.
