The FI1500 Series in-line flow indicator is designed for continuous flow and temperature monitoring in hydraulic circuits operating at pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). Covering a flow range of 20 to 400 L/min (5 to 100 US gpm), the WEBTEC FI1500-400BBWT delivers flow accuracy of ±4% full scale and temperature accuracy of ±2.5°C, making it suitable for demanding measurement tasks where reliable indication is essential.

Constructed with a brass CW614N body and primarily brass internals, the unit uses FKM seals and is compatible with water and mineral oils to ISO 11158. Main ports are 1-1/2" BSPP with 1/4" BSPP top ports. Fluid temperatures up to 80°C are supported in continuous service, with intermittent tolerance up to 110°C. Ambient temperature range spans -10 to 50°C. At 8.3 kg, the indicator is a robust choice for fixed installation in high-pressure hydraulic test and monitoring applications.

main ports are 1-1/2" BSPP on this thing -- we've got BSP fittings throughout the whole system so that works, but what about the top ports, are those a different size?

The top ports are 1/4" BSPP, so yes, different from the main ports. Main flow connections are 1-1/2" BSPP and the top ports step down to 1/4" BSPP. If your system is already plumbed in BSP throughout, you're in good shape on both counts.
