The WEBTEC FI1500 Series in-line flow indicator is designed for continuous flow monitoring in hydraulic systems, covering a working range of 10 to 200 L/min (5 to 50 US gpm) with a flow accuracy of ±4% full scale. Rated to 350 bar (5000 psi), it suits demanding high-pressure circuits while remaining compact at 3.2 kg.

Fluid temperature capability extends from 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F) during continuous use, with intermittent tolerance up to 110°C (230°F), and the unit operates across an ambient range of -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F). The aluminium 2011T6 body uses mainly brass internals and FKM seals, and is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158. Main porting is 1-7/8"-12UN #24 SAE ORB, with 1/4" NPTF top ports. Temperature indication accuracy is ±2.5°C (±5°F).

porting on this unit, is it SAE ORB or something else? trying to figure out if it'll thread straight into my existing block without an adapter

Main ports are 1-7/8" -12UN #24 SAE ORB, so if your manifold or block is already drilled and tapped for that SAE O-ring boss size, you're threading straight in. There are also 1/4" NPTF top ports if you need a pressure tap or gauge connection off the top. No adapters needed for a standard SAE ORB setup.

Can the FI1500 Series Flow Indicator handle intermittent fluid temperatures above 80°C?

Above 80°C, this flow indicator can handle temperatures intermittently up to 110°C, or 230°F, for less than 10 minutes, making it suitable for applications where brief temperature spikes occur.
