what's the max pressure this HV400-S-N-6 is rated for? running a test circuit that needs to hold 5500 psi and want to make sure it won't be a problem

Rated to 420 bar, which works out to 6000 psi, so 5500 psi puts you comfortably inside the limit. The body is aluminum with steel internals and FKM seals, so it's built to hold up at those pressures without issue under normal mineral oil service.
