CT Series Turbine Flow Meters with Conditioned Output CT60-CAN-S-S-6 | FT9501-25

Description & Features

The CT Series WEBTEC Turbine Flow Meters, particularly model CT60-CAN-S-S-6, are engineered for precise flow measurement in hydraulic systems. Capable of handling flow rates from 3 to 60 L/min (0.8 to 16 US gpm), these flow meters offer a flow accuracy of ±1% full scale. Built to withstand high pressures, they operate effectively up to 420 bar (6000 psi) and are suitable for fluid temperatures ranging from 5 to 90°C (41 to 194°F).

Constructed with durable aluminium, steel, and stainless steel materials, the flow meter is designed for longevity and reliability. It features an IP66 rating, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. The device is compatible with mineral oils per ISO 11158, with other fluids available upon request. Electrical connectivity is provided through an M12 5-Pin connection, and it requires a power supply of 12–32 V DC. The CT60-CAN-S-S-6 model is compact and lightweight, weighing 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs) net.

Question by: Clint P on Aug 22, 2025, 5:11 PM
flow range on this one goes down to 3 L/min -- is that low end reliable enough for slow-speed circuits or does accuracy fall off before you hit that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 24, 2025, 7:27 AM
Rated accuracy is ±1% of full scale across the stated flow range of 3 to 60 L/min, so the meter is spec'd to hold that figure down to the low end. Full-scale accuracy on a 60 L/min meter does mean small absolute errors look proportionally larger at 3 L/min, which is worth factoring in if you need tight resolution at very low flows. For most slow-speed hydraulic circuits that spend meaningful time above 5 to 10 L/min, the accuracy holds up well in practice.

How do I connect the CT Series Turbine Flow Meter to my system?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 6, 2026, 10:15 PM
You'll need to use the M12 5-Pin electrical connection for setup. Make sure your system runs on a 12 to 32 V DC power supply to ensure compatibility.
