flow range on this one goes down to 5 L/min, is that low end reliable or does accuracy start slipping below maybe 20 or 30?

Rated accuracy is ±1% of full scale across the entire stated range of 5 to 150 L/min. That figure holds at the low end too, so you're not looking at a degraded spec just because you're running light flow. Full scale on this meter is 150 L/min, so ±1% works out to roughly ±1.5 L/min regardless of where in the range you're operating. For most hydraulic test and monitoring applications, that's a solid number even at the bottom of the range.
