The CT300R-CAN-S-S-6 belongs to WEBTEC's CTR Series of turbine flow meters and combines conditioned CAN signal output with a built-in load valve for precise hydraulic flow measurement across a wide working range of 8–300 L/min (2–80 US gpm). Rated to 420 bar (6,000 psi), it delivers flow accuracy of ±1% full scale and temperature accuracy of ±2°C (±4°F), making it well suited to demanding test and diagnostic applications.

The aluminium body accepts mineral oils to ISO 11158 across a fluid temperature range of 5–90°C (41–194°F) and connects via SAE ORB porting, main 1-5/16" -12UN #16 and a top 7/16" -20UN #4 auxiliary port. A 5-pin M12 electrical connector carries the CAN signal and accepts a 12–32 V DC supply. IP66 sealing and FKM/EPDM seals support reliable field use in variable ambient conditions from 5–40°C (41–104°F).

flow range on this meter, does it handle anything below 10 liters a minute or does accuracy fall off before that?

Rated flow range starts at 8 L/min, so you've got a little room below 10 but not much. The accuracy is ±1% of full scale across the rated range, which on a 300 L/min meter means the error band stays fixed regardless of where in the range you're operating. Running right at the low end of 8 L/min is workable, but pushing below that isn't within the rated spec.
