Sensors for HPM Series Pressure/Temperature Sensor SR-PTT-015-05-0C | FT9783-015

Description & Features

The SR-PTT-015-05-0C is a combined pressure and temperature sensor designed specifically for use with WEBTEC HPM Series data loggers equipped with an SR input. Rated to a maximum of 15 bar (230 psi), it delivers pressure accuracy of plus or minus 0.5% full scale and temperature accuracy of plus or minus 3 degrees C, making it well suited to precise condition monitoring in hydraulic circuits.

The sensor connects via an M16 x 2 test point port and a 5-pin push-pull electrical connector, drawing power from a 7 to 15 V DC supply. Fluid temperature range extends from -25 to 105 degrees C for continuous service, with an ambient operating range of -25 to 85 degrees C. The stainless steel 1.4303 body with fully wetted stainless steel internals and FKM seals provides compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158. At 0.3 kg, the unit carries an IP54 rating for reliable field use.

Question by: Harold A on May 27, 2026, 7:36 AM
pressure rating on this thing is 15 bar -- is that continuous or just a peak limit?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 28, 2026, 8:15 PM
Rated at 15 bar (230 psi), and that figure applies to the sensor's operating maximum. The fluid temperature range listed covers continuous use from -25 to 105°C, so the sensor is built for sustained duty, not just momentary spikes. Keep system pressure within that 15 bar ceiling during normal operation and you're in good shape.
