Sensors for HPM Series Pressure/Temperature Sensor SR-PTT-400-05-0C | FT9783-400

Description & Features

The SR-PTT-400-05-0C is a combined pressure and temperature sensor designed exclusively for use with WEBTEC HPM Series data loggers equipped with an SR signal input. Rated to 400 bar (5800 psi), it delivers pressure readings to within 0.5% of full scale, while temperature accuracy holds to 3°C across a fluid temperature range of -25 to 105°C (-13 to 221°F) for continuous service. An M16 x 2 test point connector provides straightforward integration into hydraulic circuits, and the 5-pin push-pull electrical connection supports a 7 to 15 V DC supply.

Wetted parts are stainless steel throughout, with FKM seals providing compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158. The sensor body is also stainless steel 1.4303, and an IP54 rating offers reliable protection in typical industrial environments. Ambient temperature tolerance extends to 85°C (185°F), making it well suited to demanding hydraulic test and monitoring applications.

Question by: Greg H on Sep 13, 2025, 6:30 PM
sensor only works with the HPM that has SR input, right? just want to make sure before I order, we've got a couple different HPM units in the shop and don't want to grab the wrong one
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 14, 2025, 7:57 PM
Correct. The SR-PTT-400-05-0C uses an SR signal output, and that only works with HPM units that have a matching SR input. If your HPM doesn't have that input type, this sensor won't communicate with it properly. Worth confirming which HPM variant you're running before placing the order.

How does the SR-PTT-400-05-0C sensor connect to my system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 8, 2025, 9:25 AM
This sensor uses an M16 x 2 test point connector for porting and a 5-Pin Push Pull electrical connection, making it compatible with systems that support these connection types.
