HPM110 Series Digital Pressure Gauge SR-HPM-110-MT-016 | FT9985-016

Description & Features

The WEBTEC HPM110 Series Digital Pressure Gauge is engineered for precise monitoring of oil pressure in hydraulic systems, supporting pressures up to 16 bar (230 psi) with a remarkable accuracy of ±0.5% Full Scale. Its durable zinc die-cast body and stainless-steel internals are shielded by a TPE rubber protective cover, ensuring reliability in harsh environments. Compatible with both oil and water, this gauge operates efficiently within a fluid temperature range of -20 to 80 °C (4 to 176 °F) and ambient temperatures from -10 to 50 °C (14 to 144 °F).

The gauge features a 1/4" BSPP female port and an M16 x 2 female electrical connection, powered by two AA batteries offering a robust 1500-hour life. With an IP67 rating, it withstands dust and water exposure, making it ideal for demanding industrial settings. Weighing just 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs), the HPM110 is a compact yet powerful tool for your hydraulic measurement needs.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Ross C on Jul 24, 2025, 6:42 PM
gauge says 16 bar max, is that enough for a standard hydraulic circuit running around 200 psi?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 1:13 PM
16 bar works out to roughly 232 psi, so a circuit running around 200 psi sits comfortably within range. The accuracy is rated at ±0.5% of full scale, which at 16 bar comes out to about ±0.08 bar. For general pressure monitoring on hydraulic equipment, that's plenty tight for most applications.
Question by: Don M on Dec 17, 2025, 2:25 PM
How well does the HPM110 handle high pressure situations?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 19, 2025, 7:50 AM
The HPM110 digital pressure gauge can measure pressures up to 16 bar or 230 psi with an accuracy of ±0.5% Full Scale, making it suitable for various high-pressure hydraulic applications.
