HPM110 Series Digital Pressure Gauge SR-HPM-110-MT-100 | FT9985-100

Description & Features

The WEBTEC HPM110 Series Digital Pressure Gauge is engineered for accurate monitoring of oil pressure in hydraulic systems, ensuring reliability in demanding environments. It measures pressures up to 100 bar (1450 psi) with an accuracy of ±0.5% full scale, making it suitable for precise applications. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, the gauge operates in fluid temperatures ranging from -20 to 80 °C (4 to 176 °F) and ambient temperatures from -10 to 50 °C (14 to 144 °F). Its IP67 rating guarantees protection against dust and water ingress.

This gauge features a zinc die-cast body with TPE rubber protection and stainless steel internal components, ensuring both durability and longevity. The device supports oil and water, with a 1/4" BSPP female porting and an M16 x 2 female electrical connection for seamless integration. Powered by two AA batteries, it offers a substantial 1500-hour battery life, providing long-term service without frequent replacements.

Question by: Wade F on Apr 29, 2026, 8:50 PM
How does the HPM110 perform in cold weather conditions?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 30, 2026, 10:32 PM
The HPM110 gauge operates well in ambient temperatures as low as 14 °F. It's designed to handle cold environments without compromising its accuracy.
Question by: Kent P on Mar 13, 2026, 2:45 PM
Battery powered or does it need to be wired into something? Asking because we're using it on mobile equipment and running wires is a pain.
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 15, 2026, 7:16 AM
Runs on two standard AA batteries at 1.5V each, so no hardwiring needed. Battery life is rated at 1500 hours, which holds up well across typical field and mobile equipment use. The electrical connection is M16 x 2 Female, so if you do need to tie into an external signal at some point, that option is there, but the gauge itself runs standalone on the batteries just fine.
