Designed for monitoring oil pressure in hydraulic equipment, the WEBTEC HPM110 Series gauge handles a maximum pressure of 600 bar (8700 psi) with a measurement accuracy of ±0.5% full scale, making it a reliable choice for demanding field and workshop use. Fluid temperatures from -20 to 80 °C (-4 to 176 °F) and an ambient operating range of -10 to 50 °C (14 to 122 °F) cover the majority of standard hydraulic service conditions.

Connection is via a 1/4" BSPP female port, with an M16 x 2 female electrical connection and power supplied by two AA batteries rated for up to 1500 hours of service. The IP65-rated enclosure combines a zinc die-cast body with a TPE rubber protection cover, while internal components are stainless steel with NBR seals. Compatible with oil and water-based fluids, the unit weighs 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs).

what kind of porting does this gauge use, and is it a standard thread you'd find on most hydraulic test points?

Fluid connection is 1/4" BSPP female, which is a common thread type on hydraulic test equipment and many European-style fittings. If your system runs NPT ports, you'd need an adapter since BSPP and NPT are not interchangeable without one. The electrical side uses an M16 x 2 female connector, so keep that in mind when sourcing a mating cable.
