DANFOSS / EATON Cplng FLO-TEMP SERIES

Description & Features

Designed for injection molding and heating and cooling circuits, this brass male half quick disconnect coupling from the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen Flo-Temp Series delivers reliable, tool-free connect and disconnect in demanding thermal management applications. The push-to-connect male end pairs with a 3/8" NPTF female port, and a ball lock internal mechanism ensures a secure, straight-through flow path with minimal restriction.

Constructed from brass with a Buna-N seal, the coupling is rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F and supports flow rates up to 4.5 gallons per minute. The straight-through valve design maintains consistent flow, and the coupling exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements. Weighing 0.1 lb with a 0.75" width, it is a compact, lightweight component suited for high-cycle thermal process lines.
