Enerpac | High Pressure Fitting, Street Elbow, 10,000 psi Maximum Operating Pressure, Connection from 3/8" NPTF Male to 3/8" NPTF Female | FZ1616

Description & Features

Rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar), this street elbow fitting from Enerpac is built for high pressure hydraulic systems where directional changes in line routing are required within tight spaces. The street elbow configuration, with a 3/8" NPTF male connection on one end and a 3/8" NPTF female connection on the other, allows it to thread directly into a port or fitting without requiring an additional coupler.

The High Pressure Fitting, Street Elbow, 10,000 psi Maximum Operating Pressure, Connection from 3/8" NPTF Male to 3/8" NPTF Female is part of Enerpac's FZ series, designed to deliver reliable, leak-free connections between hydraulic hoses, cylinders, gauges, and other system components. NPTF threading provides a dry-seal mechanical fit, reducing the likelihood of fluid leakage at the joint.

Got a gauge setup running at 10,000 psi and need a 90-degree turn in the line. this fitting work for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 21, 2026, 6:33 AM
At 10,000 psi max operating pressure, the FZ-1616 is built for exactly that kind of high pressure application. The street elbow configuration gives you that 90-degree direction change, and the 3/8" NPTF male-to-female thread on both ends means it threads directly into your gauge port or component without needing an additional adapter in between. NPTF threads are a dry-seal design, so you get a leak-free connection even at full system pressure.

trying to replace a street elbow i cracked, is this the one that goes 3/8 nptf male into a 3/8 nptf female port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 12, 2026, 9:03 PM
It matches a 3/8 inch NPTF male on one side and a 3/8 inch NPTF female on the other, in a street elbow layout. It’s an Enerpac FZ series fitting (SKU FZ-1616 / model FZ1616).
